Role summary

For a small team, we’ve had so much success to date and we want to continue on this upward trajectory so we’re on the lookout for a Growth Marketing Manager! As one of our first managerial marketing hires, you will be responsible for delivering effective paid marketing campaigns that will drive acquisition and retention of customers.

Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing our DTC strategy across multiple acquisition channels, with a focus on Meta
  • The end-to-end funnel, from creative analysis & conceptualisation through to landing pages, CRO and retention
  • Identifying developing & optimising growth channels to drive revenue growth
  • Constantly analysing marketing data and user feedback to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Helping to build and manage an e-commerce team and ultimately creating a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Leading and supporting the team to understand the path to growth via paid media
  • Developing a deep understanding of our target customers to successfully create engaging and original content for key channels, with the support of the team and agencies.

A bit about you:

  • At least 3 years’ experience running paid media at an ecommerce startup or scaleup, ideally with a focus on subscriptions
  • Excellent analytical skills and an ability to leverage data, metrics, and consumer behaviour trends to generate creative ideas
  • An entrepreneurial and commercially-focused mindset
