We're looking for a driven and talented individual to take a central role in scaling our digital presence. With strong organic traction already in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to help elevate our eCommerce and digital marketing performance to the next level.

In this role, you'll take ownership of both our DTC and Amazon channels—optimising storefronts, running digital marketing campaigns, and working closely with external partners and agencies to drive revenue growth. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work cross-functionally with our operations and sales teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer journey across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

E-commerce & Online Sales

  • Manage our Shopify DTC store, ensuring a seamless customer journey through CRO, UX/UI improvements, and collaboration with developers to enhance site performance.
  • Drive growth on Amazon by managing our Brand Store, optimising product detail pages (PDPs), improving on-page SEO, and overseeing Amazon Ads.
  • Support key retail partners (e.g. Ocado, Holland & Barrett) by optimising eCommerce content and managing digital marketing activity on their platforms.

Digital Marketing

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across Paid Media (Google Ads, Paid Social, Display, Citrus Ads) and Owned Media (Email, Content Marketing), including coordination with external agencies.
  • Improve our overall SEO strategy—covering on-page, technical, and content SEO—to boost organic visibility.

General Responsibilities

  • Agency Management – Collaborate with digital, creative, and development agencies to deliver strong, measurable results.
  • Performance Tracking – Use tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to analyse data and drive informed decisions.
  • Budget Management – Assist with managing budgets across digital marketing channels.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention – Contribute to strategies that attract new customers and enhance retention.
  • Strategic Collaboration – Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Founders to support the execution of our digital growth strategy.

This role is office based, 5 days per week in their office in Shoreditch.
