Responsibilities

This is not a basic posting job. This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can:

  • Liaising with our world-class customers through emails, messaging, phone & providing accurate information & support.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently & professionally.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction to our world-class Trust Pilot rating.
  • Building long term relationships with new & existing customers.
  • Perform data entry to maintain customer service delivery times.
  • Tracking & resolving issues with our courier.
