Digital Performance & CRM Manager
Role Purpose
Own and drive all digital performance activity across the business — including CRM strategy, email marketing, paid media, SEO/CRO and website analytics. This is a critical hire that will lead the onboarding of a new CRM and email platform, and build a data-led performance engine across our three brands.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Email Marketing
- Lead the full implementation and onboarding of the new CRM and email platform.
- Build automated customer journeys, segmentation strategies and lifecycle campaigns.
- Own email performance metrics including open rates, click-through and conversion.
- Develop CRM reporting dashboards for the marketing leadership team.
Paid Media & Digital Advertising
- Plan, execute and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
- Manage paid media budgets and deliver against cost-per-lead and ROAS targets.
- Brief and manage any external paid media agencies or contractors.
- Report on paid performance weekly and monthly.
SEO, CRO & Website Performance
- Own the SEO strategy across all brand websites, driving organic traffic growth.
- Lead CRO activity — testing, analysis and optimisation of website conversion rates.
- Work with the website team on technical SEO and UX improvements.
- Produce monthly analytics reports covering traffic, conversions and channel performance.
Analytics & Insight
- Set up and maintain GA4 (or equivalent) across all brand properties.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards for board and leadership reporting.
- Translate data into actionable insight and recommendations.
- Define and track KPIs across all digital channels.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3+ years in a digital marketing or performance marketing role.
- Hands-on CRM and email marketing platform experience (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce or similar).
- Proven PPC experience across Google Ads and Meta — planning, execution and optimisation.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and CRO methodology.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and data visualisation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
- Experience in a multi-brand or fast-growing consumer business preferred.
