We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team. As the Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic collaborations with brands, leveraging our disruptive tech platform in the eCommerce space. Our platform rewards shoppers for buying directly from brands, revolutionizing the shopping experience.

You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to harness our disruptive technology platform. Join a team of innovators dedicated to reshaping the eCommerce landscape and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential brand partners aligned with our disruptive platform and marketing objectives.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective brand partners, fostering trust and rapport.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership activities with overall business goals.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Coordinate execution of partnership campaigns, including product launches and events.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum two years experience in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful brand partnership management.
  • Strong network within the brand and marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
