About the Role:

As a Partner Manager for the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in managing, growing, and owning our ecosystem of agencies and partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Reporting to our leadership team, you will collaborate closely with local agency partners and various stakeholders to drive our expansion plans in the EMEA market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and manage partnerships with a focus on e-commerce agencies to drive brand awareness and revenue goals in the region.
  • Build and execute partnership and demand generation strategies tailored to the DACH market.
  • Collaborate with local agency partners to ensure successful project execution and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Provide clear market feedback to the leadership team on regional trends and opportunities.
  • Enable partners on our products and support them pre and post-sales to maximize value for prospects and clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities and support complex sales cycles.
  • Support the execution of local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness within the region.
  • Represent the company at industry events to evangelize our services to prospective partners and merchants.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • German native speaker with fluency in English.
  • Previous e-commerce experience within technology or service provider roles.
  • 3-5 years of partnership experience in strategic business development or sales, preferably with SaaS-based consumer marketing platforms or digital agencies.
  • Highly resourceful and entrepreneurial with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Track record of driving sales growth and successful strategic alliances.
  • Strong relationship-building and public speaking skills.
  • Advantageous to have a deep understanding of the retail and digital marketing landscape.
