We're on the lookout for a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a history of surpassing sales quotas, ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role:

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll report to experienced leaders and collaborate with a team of passionate sales professionals. Your role involves managing a pipeline of opportunities, educating prospects about our platform, and driving the sales process from value creation to closing. Work alongside Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to qualify opportunities, manage top e-commerce brands, and contribute to the growth of the entire sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and engage potential buyers
  • Educate prospects on the platform to enhance business efficiency
  • Organize and structure deals following sales processes
  • Run compelling demos with Sales Engineers
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to qualify new opportunities
  • Proactively establish relationships within the e-commerce industry
  • Use experience to help the sales team thrive
  • Ensure CRM is up to date and provide regular reports to leadership

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 3-8 years of experience as an Account Executive (preferably in SaaS, customer experience, or automation platforms)
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and pipeline generation
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible with a can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with core technology tools
  • Passion for tech sales
